How Mind-Body Coaching Works

While each package and client is a bit unique, below is how I work with most wellness clients.

Step 1: Complimentary 30 Minute Discovery Call

Understand what your biggest challenges are and how I might be able to guide you. If we feel it’s a good fit, I will send a coaching agreement proposal for either 3, 4, or 6 months.

Step 2: Deep Dive Intake For 60-90 Minutes

I am treating you WHOLISTICALLY as a person, not a disease or some lab numbers. Here is where we go into the nitty gritty details of your wellness history, environment, and inner world. After this call, I will be sharing a recommended protocol (you can start right away), possibly some labs, and a detailed action plan on how we intend to balance your body and mind.

Step 3 and Beyond

Review labs, refine protocol, and continue meeting on a regular basis. Decide on a cadence for continued support.

While each client is unique, I have noticed that many clients benefit from starting with one of the packages below and then defining a cadence for continued care or moving on to addressing other wellness goals. All sessions can be done either on Zoom or in person in New York City.

3-4 Months.

Ideal to address 1-3 specific wellness challenges that are disrupting your life or focus on a major milestone such as weight loss, thyroid health, gut repair, etc.
